Terms of Service — Project Tempest

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Project Tempest (“we”, “us”, “our”). Your use of our website, license keys, Discord support, or any related services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. What we provide

Project Tempest provides external software tools for supported games. Features, compatibility, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, detection status, or compatibility with future game updates or anti-cheat systems.

3. Cheat responsibly — your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software. You agree to:

Use the Software only in environments where you are permitted to do so
Understand that using cheats in online games may violate the game’s terms of service
Accept full responsibility for any consequences, including account warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans
Not use the Software for harassment, griefing, or to intentionally ruin other players’ experiences beyond normal gameplay advantage
Not share, resell, leak, or redistribute license keys or the Software without authorization

Rage cheating, blatant cheating, or reckless use increases detection and ban risk. We strongly recommend conservative settings and responsible play. How you behave in-game is your choice — and your risk.

4. No liability for bans or penalties

Project Tempest is not liable for any account ban, suspension, hardware ban, loss of items, rank, progress, purchases, or any other penalty imposed by a game publisher, platform, or third party.

Anti-cheat systems evolve constantly. Even when our Software is described as “undetected” or similar, that reflects a point-in-time status only — not a promise for the future. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or undetected operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Tempest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, accounts, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Software.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Software or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the license key in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

7. Payments and license keys

Purchases are processed through Stripe. Each license key is for a single user unless otherwise stated. Keys are not transferable. Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in permanent revocation of access without refund.

Refund requests are handled at our discretion and through our Discord support system. We are not obligated to issue refunds after a key has been delivered or activated.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Software’s source code
Distribute cracked, leaked, or modified versions of our Software
Use the Software to develop competing products or assist anti-cheat research against us
Misrepresent affiliation with Project Tempest or impersonate our staff

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, abuse support, engage in fraud, or act in a way that harms Project Tempest or its community. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
